- Referral Reward:
- For every friend you refer who signs up for a cleaning service with us, you will receive a $15 credit towards your next cleaning.
- Eligibility:
- The referred friend must be a new customer who has not previously signed up for or received any services from White Glove Maid Service.
- The referred customer must complete at least one paid cleaning service for the referrer to receive the credit.
- Maximum Reward:
- You can accumulate referral credits up to the total price of your next cleaning service.
- For example, if your next cleaning costs $90, you can earn up to $90 in referral credits.
- Credit Usage:
- Referral credits can only be applied to future cleaning services and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the referring customer.
- Referral Process:
- To refer a friend, please ensure they provide your name and referral code (if applicable) when signing up for their first cleaning service.
- Alternatively, you can submit their details through our referral form available on our website.
- Account Status:
- Your account must be in good standing to earn and redeem referral credits. Any outstanding balances must be settled before referral credits can be applied.
- Program Changes:
- White Glove Maid Service reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email.
- Fraud Prevention:
- Referral credits may be withheld or reversed in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to refer oneself.
