Arrival Times
We cannot give exact times. We schedule cleanings based on your preferred arrival window, but circumstances like the condition of prior homes may affect arrival times. Our general arrival windows are:
Payment Policy
Prices are non-negotiable after booking. Payment is due upon receipt. We only accept debit or credit cards. Payment is processed after cleaning, and any cancellation or rescheduling fees will be charged to the card on file.
Tipping
Tipping is not required but appreciated. If you would like to tip, we suggest 10% to 20% of the cleaning cost. You can add this by giving us a call or by clicking this link.
100% Quality Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We guarantee the quality of our work. If any issues arise, report them within 48 hours. We will return to correct any issues at no additional charge. Please do not correct issues yourself before notifying The White Glove Maid Service management, as we need the opportunity to inspect and address them. Discounts and credits are not given.
Breakage/Damages
We are bonded and insured and take responsibility for any breakage or damage caused by the negligence of our employees. Employees are trained to report all breakages immediately. We will assess incidents case by case and reimburse costs up to $100 per item when negligence is evident. Items over $25 must be verified before replacement or reimbursement.
We cannot accept responsibility for breakage due to items that are inherently unstable or delicate. If you have concerns about such items, please let us know so we can avoid them during cleaning.
Supplies and Equipment
We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your own, we are not liable for any damages caused by your supplies. If your supplies require additional time to use, we may adjust your pricing.
Cleaning Area Restrictions
For liability reasons, we limit the height we can clean. We carry step stools and extendable dusters and generally clean up to what we can reach. We usually don’t clean outside areas unless specified during booking.
Team Policy
We schedule based on geographic location and strive to keep the same teams on the same routes, but we cannot guarantee the same team for every visit.
Quotes for One-Time Services and Initial Deep Cleans
Our pricing is based on the square footage of the property. If the scope of work significantly exceeds expectations, The White Glove Maid Service reserves the right to contact you for an extra fee.
Items Left at Make-Ready Cleans
The White Glove Maid Service is not responsible for any items left at vacant make-ready cleanings. Please remove all personal property from the premises before cleaning.
Customer Feedback
We value your feedback! After each cleaning, we will send an email or text with a link to provide feedback or post an online review.
Skip Service Policy
If you are a routine customer and reschedule, your next cleaning will reflect the appropriate frequency rate. Skipping routine cleanings will result in adjusted pricing for the next visit.
Pet Policy
Please contain your pets while we are cleaning. Although we take care, we cannot be held responsible for any pet incidents. If a pet is loose and our employee feels unsafe, they are not required to enter the home.
Solicitation of The White Glove Maid Service Employees
Please note that our employees are prohibited from accepting private work from White Glove Maid Service clients unless approved by us. Please do not solicit our employees for side jobs.
