Thank you for choosing White Glove Maid Service. Below, you’ll find a detailed list of services included in your upcoming Make Ready Cleaning:
Included throughout all main areas of the house (living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, office, and hallways):
- Vacuuming carpets throughout the house
- Sweeping wood and/or tile floors
- Mopping wood and/or tile floors
- Wet wiping exposed baseboards
- Wet wiping exposed windowsills
- Dusting ceiling fans (within reach of the extension duster)
- Dusting light fixtures (within reach of extension duster and/or step stool)
- Dry dusting blinds with microfiber rags
- Spot clean fingerprints on light switches and door jambs
Kitchen includes:
- Cleaning countertops
- Cleaning and shining the kitchen sink
- Cleaning inside and outside of one oven (please run one cycle of the oven self-cleaning feature prior to maids arriving)
- Cleaning stove top
- Cleaning inside and outside of one refrigerator
- Cleaning inside and outside of microwave
- Wiping in and out of cabinets and drawers
Bathrooms include:
- Deep scrubbing of showers
- Deep scrubbing of tubs
- Disinfecting toilets
- Cleaning sinks and countertops
- Shining mirrors
- Wipe inside and outside of cabinets and drawers
Living Rooms/Bedrooms
- Dust built in shelves
- Dust ac vents
- Dust fireplace mantel
Areas that are not included:
- Window panes
- Window tracks
- Walls
- Garage – sweeping available as an add on
- Front and back patios – sweeping available as an add on
Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. To ensure this, you will be given the opportunity to do a final inspection of your entire house/apartment before the cleaner(s) leave your home. During your inspection, if you see anything that was missed, your cleaner(s) will be happy to correct the issue on the spot. If you are unable to do an onsite inspection, you must call our office within 24 hours with any concerns, and we will send a cleaner back to correct the mistakes. We cannot issue cash refunds.
Notice: If a house has been neglected and is excessively dirty, it may need restoration cleaning, which is an hourly service. No maid service can make an old house new, just clean. Sometimes the only fix is a repair/repaint or replacement.
