Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. To ensure this, you will be given the opportunity to do a final inspection of your entire house/apartment prior to the cleaner(s) leaving your home. During your inspection, if you see anything that was missed, your cleaner(s) will be happy to correct the issue on the spot. If you are not able to do an onsite inspection, you must call our office within 24 hours with any concerns and we will send a cleaner back to correct the mistakes. We cannot issue cash refunds.

3 Secrets for Keeping Your House Clean all Summer Long

It’s summer time! The kids are out of school, the relatives are coming to visit, and there’s more traffic on your carper and floors than there has been in the past 6 months.

Summer is a wonderful time to relax and let your hair down, but it’s also the most challenging time to keep your house clean and organized. We want to share 3 secret tips for keeping your house clean throughout the long summer months.

Here we go!

1. Keep a set of cleaning supplies in every room. 

It’s hard to sweep the floors if you have to walk across the entire house and hunt down the broom in your garage or laundry room. Keep several different sets of cleaning supplies on hand in the main rooms of your house (living room, master bedroom, kitchen, etc).

By making your cleaning supplies readily available, you will be more motivated to grab the broom and sweep the floors.

2. Put the dishes directly in the dishwasher. 

The kitchen will look 70% cleaner if the sink is empty of dishes. During the long days of summer, it’s easy to fall behind on the dishes. Avoid the pileups by putting each dish directly in the dishwasher instead of the sink. Right after you (or the kids) use a dish, rinse it off and set it inside the dishwasher. Then, run your dishwasher each evening for a fresh and clean looking kitchen.

Keeping your sink clean will also motivate you to keep your counters free of clutter. Without even trying very hard, your kitchen will look fresh all summer long.

3. Do a 5 minute power clean after every meal.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is waiting until their house is a wreck before cleaning it. Our advice? Don’t let it get to the “wreck” stage and it will never become overwhelmingly dirty. Set aside 5 quick minutes after every meal to do a power clean of the main areas of your house. Spend 5 minutes speed-walking around your house and de-cluttering each room for 1 minute.

This takes a maximum of 15 minutes a day and will help you keep the clutter from turning into huge, overwhelming piles of junk.

Sarah’s Story: House Cleaning and Milk Covered Floors

Have you ever had one of those crazy days where everything goes wrong all at once? My friend, Sarah, had one of those days recently when she decided to do some house cleaning.

She’s a young mom of 3 little kids and was scurrying around her house to get things cleaned up.
